1980

Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) was incorporated as a trading company.

1980's

1981

Djembatan Dua (DD) was acquired to strengthen our distribution coverage in Indonesia.

1996

AAM was repositioned as a partner to global healthcare players. AAM expanded into medical devices distribution.

1990's

2003

AAM implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and launched analytical business platform.

2000's

2005

AAM expanded into consumer health product distribution.

2009

National Distribution Center (NDC) began its operations.

2010

DD was repositioned as a sales and marketing arm for medical devices and launched its own brand, Stardec.

2010's

2011

AAM expanded into consumer health product distribution.

2011

Medela Potentia (MP) was established as a holding company. 

2018

Dynamic Argon Co. Ltd., (DAC) was established in Cambodia, marking MP’s first international expansion.

2020

Deca Metric Medica (DMM) was established as a medical device manufacturer. Its first factory was inaugurated in December 2023.

2022

Karsa Inti Tuju Askara (KITA) was established to capture the growing e-commerce demand through GoApotik, its pharmacy aggregator.

2023

AAM enhanced its digital offerings through the implementation of GPOS.

2023

AAM expanded into cosmetic, beauty and baby products distribution.
