PT Medela Potentia Tbk., through its corporate social responsibility program, Argon Peduli, conducted a social initiative featuring a knowledge sharing session and a free health screening at the Pharmacy Study Program of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (Unika Atma Jaya), Jakarta.
This initiative aimed to provide professional insights to pharmacy students while raising awareness of the importance of early health risk detection.
As part of this initiative, PT Medela Potentia Tbk.'s Human Resources team hosted a guest lecture titled “Get Hired: Essential Tips & Tricks for Crafting Your CV & Acing Interviews in English.” The session was led by Mrs. Sylvana Uli Basa Evi Dame, Talent Acquisition & Company Branding Manager at PT Medela Potentia Tbk., who shared practical insights on crafting an outstanding CV and mastering interview techniques. The session was attended by 185 students eager to enhance their career readiness.
"The job market is becoming increasingly competitive, making an impressive CV and strong interview skills essential for securing the best opportunities. Prepare yourself early, as opportunities do not come twice," said Mrs. Sylvana.
The initiative was well received by the academic community, with Head of the Pharmacy Study Program, apt. Sherly Tandi Arrang, M.Farm-Klin., expressing appreciation for PT Medela Potentia Tbk.’s contribution.
"We are grateful for this guest lecture. Hopefully, this will pave the way for more beneficial collaborations for our students in the future," she stated.
Early Detection for Better Health
Argon Peduli also conducted a chronic disease health screening for faculty members, students, and administrative staff. A total of 170 participants took part in the screening, which aimed to identify potential health risks early and promote a healthier lifestyle.

The screening was supported by medical professionals from Atma Jaya Clinic, led by Dr. Margareta Amelia, alongside volunteers from Argon Peduli and Dharma Dexa. The examinations covered essential health aspects to support the participants’ academic and professional well-being.
On this occasion, Dr. Margareta Amelia emphasized the significance of early detection in maintaining health.
"Health screening is not just a routine check-up; it is a preventive measure that helps us identify potential health risks at an early stage. The sooner a condition is detected, the greater the chance of preventing more serious issues in the future," she stated.
