Tea Time x DistribuShe: Celebrating the Strength of Modern Kartinis

In honor of Kartini Day, PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries proudly hosted "Tea Time x DistribuShe" on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the Titan Center Head Office. This special event underscored the company’s ongoing dedication to building an inclusive workplace that empowers every individual, regardless of gender, to achieve their fullest potential.

With the theme "Becoming a Resilient Kartini in the Modern Era," the event brought together PT Medela Potentia Tbk’s President Director, Mr. Krestijanto Pandji; Human Resources Director, Mrs. Nancy Kartika; members of the board, senior leadership, and hundreds of employees across the group.

During his remarks, Mr. Krestijanto expressed deep appreciation for the outstanding contributions made by female employees across the organization.

"Let us remember Kartini’s legacy and bring her spirit of dedication into our everyday lives. I believe the Kartinis at Medela Potentia and our subsidiaries will continue to grow, lead, and make a difference," he said.

Mr. Krestijanto further emphasized the company’s commitment to advancing women into leadership roles, stating:

The event opened with an emotional poetry reading, "I Am Not Kartini," by Mrs. Yulia Widyaningrum, Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager at PT Djembatan Dua, followed by an inspiring sharing session featuring Mrs. Yenny Setiawati, Distribution Planning Manager at AAM, and Mrs. Meilina Marsinta Manalu, Business Development Manager at PT Djembatan Dua.

The celebration was enriched with vibrant activities, including performances by the Argon Singers, an exciting Make-Up Challenge, a Content Challenge to drive digital engagement, and a Best Outfit Award recognizing outstanding Kartini-inspired fashion.

Continuing its annual campaign, PT Medela Potentia Tbk once again presented the DistribuShe—a special recognition program honoring the exceptional dedication, passion, and impact of women across its business units.

DistribuShe represents the company’s commitment to embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) values into its corporate culture. It recognizes that diverse perspectives and female talent are powerful catalysts for innovation and sustainable growth.

For 2025, four outstanding women were honored: Mrs. Amelia Senjaya, Deputy Branch Head at AAM Surabaya; Mrs. Yani Prihatini, Treasury Executive at AAM; Mrs. Ariance Margaretha, Business Manager at PT Djembatan Dua; and Mrs. Emma Lidyawati, Sales Manager at PT Djembatan Dua.
